We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Business Peer-to-Peer Group Facilitator to build and lead our peer-to-peer groups and contribute to the success of our members.

Job Description:

As a Business Peer-to-Peer Group Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in creating a supportive and collaborative environment for professionals from diverse backgrounds. You will lead discussions, provide guidance, and ensure that the peer-to-peer group meetings run smoothly. Your goal will be to empower our members to share experiences, overcome challenges, and collectively strive for success. You will identify potential members and invite them to experience the power of Peer to Peer exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group meetings, ensuring active participation and productive discussions.
  • Create an inclusive and open atmosphere for members to share experiences, challenges, and insights.
  • Foster a sense of community and collaboration within the group.
  • Guide and mentor members to set and achieve their professional goals.
  • Maintain group dynamics, ensuring respectful and constructive interactions.
  • Keep the discussions on track, focusing on key topics and relevant industry trends.
  • Encourage accountability and follow-up among members to drive progress.
  • Coordinate and organise group events, webinars, or workshops as needed.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to group membership and logistics.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in group facilitation, mentoring, or leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
