- A core life skills training programme.
- Opportunities to support your local schools/colleges.
Join us on 27th April to gain insights into how to prepare the next generation workforce.

Ian is an Accredited Practitioner Coach with the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M), having gained his coaching diploma through Noble Manhattan Coaching (NMC) in July 2020. He joined NMC in 2015 as the UK and Ireland Master Distributor, having been commercially involved with the company since 2003. Prior to that Ian spent 25 years in the Royal Navy as a helicopter pilot and operations/warfare specialist.
For the past six years, he has been working for NMC in developing a coaching and core life skills training programme for children and adolescents. Through this work, and having owned and managed retail SMEs for nearly twenty years, Ian has developed a deep understanding for the needs of this sector both nationally and internationally. Having 2 teenagers of his own, (as well as 2 older children and 5 grandchildren), he is acutely aware of the current pressures on this generation of students as they prepare for adulthood and the work environment. His company changed name and status in November 2022 to Young Minds Coaching C.I.C. – a Community Interest Company (not for profit) to provide training through parents, teachers and others, and to support the next generations of adults.
