A UK-based textile manufacturing leader with 16 years of sustained growth (12x sales growth, 33% unit value increase), is seeking an exceptional change management professional to drive operational excellence in precision technical manufacturing.
The Role:
Lead operational transformation in a complex manufacturing environment, working across multiple cultures and languages to implement data-driven process improvements. You’ll challenge conventional thinking in the UK textile industry and drive measurable performance gains.
You Must Be:
