International Coaching News (iCN) online magazine is proud to announce the release of our 39th edition is themed Career Coaching.
This edition is loaded with content on a variety of relevant topics inspired by coaches to guide coachees to maximise personal and professional potential. It is filled with interesting power tools toward greater well-being and approach to the many facets of Career Coaching.
For this edition, look out for the article ‘Career Coaching — Leading Remotely’ by our very own iCN Journalist, Malcolm Nicholson. Malcolm discusses Leadership models going forward — especially in remote environments — must be underpinned by a culture that drives purpose, with a shift in the relationship from units of production to people. Another noteworthy article ‘Coaching Tools for Career Transition’ from Risto Koskinen of Finland. Risto introduces 3 different tools, the Springboard Attitude, the Backbone Exercise, & Considering Constellations, coaching tools that are constructed for career and career transition coaching. ‘Thinking About Thinking: How ADHD Coaching Works’ by Glen Oliveiro from Singapore. Glen asked four ADHD coaches how coaching helps individuals manage their symptoms, understanding the awareness of the complexities of this lifelong developmental disorder and appreciation of the uniqueness of every individual’s experience. Another article from our regular contributor from Romania Cristina Burca ‘Career Coaching, at 2.5 years from Covid Pandemic Dawn Perspective shifts for Coaches, Employees and Employers’. Cristina interviews Mihai Zant, Executive Coach, Co-founder of CareerShift and Coaching after School.
Each of our columnists, too numerous to mention individually, has taken some really interesting perspectives, and I would encourage a thorough read-through of this edition.
Just like all our other editions, this is not just an interesting read, but it provides you with helpful personal development ideas and professional development techniques to grow your business and improve your lifestyle.
