The Decision Season
Pick your path
You have thought about this before. Accredited coach training to start a coaching career, becoming a manager as coach for the team you already lead, or adding a specialism to grow the practice you already have. Then the year got busy and it slipped again.
This September, pick the path and actually start.

Frequently asked questions
What makes a coaching qualification accredited?
Accreditation means an external body has reviewed the training standard, not just the marketing. Noble Manhattan’s Practitioner Coach Diploma is accredited by IAPC&M, The Institute of Leadership, ICF and IRCM, four bodies, not one. Most coaching schools hold one accreditation, some hold none.
What is manager as coach training?
Manager as coach training teaches the difference between directing a team and coaching one, practical skills used in real workplace conversations rather than theory. It closes the gap where a team waits to be told what to do instead of working it out themselves.
Can I add a specialism to my coaching practice without requalifying?
Yes. Working coaches can add a specialism, such as Creativity Coaching, Relationship Coach Training, or Neurodiversity Coaching, as additional accredited training on top of an existing qualification, without starting over.
